Mark Valencerina, also known as “Mr. Bleed,” is a seasoned tattoo artist with deep roots in the San Francisco, Bay Area. He began his tattoo journey in 2010, honing his craft through an apprenticeship under Zach Carter at Pierce Ink in San Jose. Following his apprenticeship, Mark went on to work at several Bay Area studios, including Tattoo Madness in San Bruno and 415 Tattoo in San Francisco. Mark later opened Rebel Gallery, in the Bayview, a studio he tattooed at and operated for 10 years. During that time, he not only refined his own tattooing but also cultivated a strong and creative crew. Mark’s tattoo style is inspired by classic urban imagery and Bay Area biker culture. Now bringing his experience and vision to Studio Kazoku, Mr. Bleed continues to push his craft forward—grounded in tradition, sharpened by years of shop experience, and driven by the commitment to true tattooing.
